Terms of Service

AgAlmanac is a farm management platform operated by RaT Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean RaT Studios LLC. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean the person or entity using AgAlmanac.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• Each account is intended for one person. Team members should be added through the AgAlmanac invite system with their own individual accounts.
• You may not share your login credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use AgAlmanac for legitimate farm and ranch management purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform or its data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the service without our written permission

Free tier: Available indefinitely with feature limits. No credit card required.

Pro tier: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription begins when you upgrade and renews automatically until canceled.

Founding member rate: Subscribers who lock in the founding member rate will keep that rate for life — it will never increase for your account, regardless of future pricing changes.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. Your Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of their most recent renewal.

Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect on their account (founding member accounts are exempt — your rate is locked).

You own your farm data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you enter into AgAlmanac. Your field records, financial data, crop information, and everything else you log belongs to you.

Upon account deletion, all of your data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.

AgAlmanac provides financial calculators — including break-even analysis, equipment depreciation (MACRS), Section 179 expensing, and cost-per-acre calculations — for informational purposes only. These are estimates based on the information you enter.

AgAlmanac is not a licensed tax advisor, financial advisor, or legal advisor. You should consult a qualified professional (CPA, tax advisor, attorney, or financial planner) before making financial, tax, or legal decisions based on information provided by the platform.

RaT Studios LLC is not liable for decisions made based on calculations or estimates provided by AgAlmanac.

Weather forecasts, commodity prices, water resource data, soil conditions, and agronomic recommendations displayed in AgAlmanac are provided for informational purposes only. This data is sourced from third-party providers including NOAA, Open-Meteo, USDA, USGS, and commodity exchanges.

Agricultural outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. RaT Studios LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data sources. Always verify critical information through official channels.

The insurance claim report feature in AgAlmanac is a documentation tool designed to help you organize and present evidence of crop damage or loss events. We make no representation or guarantee that documentation generated by AgAlmanac will be accepted by any insurance company, adjuster, or government agency.

Always consult your insurance agent regarding specific claim requirements and procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaT Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of AgAlmanac. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost crops, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to AgAlmanac shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RaT Studios LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The AgAlmanac software, design, branding, documentation, and all related content are the intellectual property of RaT Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

This does not affect your ownership of the farm data you enter — that remains yours (see Section 5).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before termination. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may terminate access immediately.

You may close your account at any time through Settings or by emailing support@agalmanac.app.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If we make material changes to these terms of service, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. We will also update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AgAlmanac after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
